When warm weather sets in, we start to worry about getting in shape. During Summer, we have to show off more skin and we like to look hot strutting the season’s latest fashion trends. Luckily, this year’s hottest looks will make everyone look great and comfortable.
One of this year’s biggest trends will allow us to feel free and not have to worry as much about those few extra pounds. The peasant skirt (also called prairie or full skirt) makes the biggest impact this season, and flatters most body types.
You can find peasant skirts from knee-length to full length and any size in between. They come in the summer’s hottest colors like turquoise, lime, lemon, white, and coral. Some even have dazzling sequins or beads for a cute evening look.
So why do we love this skirt so much? Well, it carries most of its volume at the bottom so it flatters almost every body type. Its length hides those little spots we might want to hide while giving the body a sexy, curvy shape.
Wear the peasant skirt with a t-shirt, tank top, or even one of those hot silky tops with flower prints. For an extra sexy touch, wear a tight top and show off a little skin around your waist. This will turn heads, and will also give you an awesome hourglass shape.
What about accessories? Wear flip-flops, flats, or high wedges. Top it off with a bulky necklace or some hot summer earrings in flashy colors and textures.
